Nearly two-thirds of people are skeptical about trusting AI systems completely, and 70% of Americans don’t believe companies will handle AI responsibly in their products. Can you blame them?
The introduction of generative AI has only complicated matters. It’s not just another tech upgrade—92% of users consider it an entirely new business process requiring fresh risk management strategies. Data poisoning attacks are increasingly threatening the integrity of AI systems.

The reality is sobering. A shocking 80% of people familiar with AI believe their personal data will be used for unintended purposes. Search history exposure particularly worries non-GenAI users, with 45% concerned about data leakage.
